With over 25 years of experience, Connie has worked in the trenches with business leaders from diverse industries. She understands the intricate relationships of cross-functional impacts arising from the fast changing business dynamics. Her clients include corporations such as Fortis Inc., Pacific Blue Cross, BC Hydro, Vancouver Coastal Health, and leading companies in telecommunication, transportation, finance, high-tech, education, government, and manufacturing.

Connie is a frequent speaker at corporate and association events, as well as conferences in North America. She shares her insight and thought-provoking ideas in articles, blogs, and podcasts.

She has served on the board for Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, as the Treasurer for the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of British Columbia, and the co-chair of the Transportation Committee for the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. She is an active mentor for university students on career development. She has volunteered with the Minerva Foundation, Junior Achievement, Women in Leadership Foundation, and the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Prior to founding CDC Synectics, Connie was a manager with TELUS Communication Inc. She championed strategic projects, managed product portfolios and launched the first online store for TELUS products.

Connie earned her MBA, Master and Bachelor Engineering (Civil) degrees, and a Certificate in eBusiness Management from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Management Consultant, an international designation recognized in over 50 countries.
