Who is the Course For?

This course is for senior leaders, managers, and team leaders who are responsible for profit and loss, or for performance in general.

How is the Course Structured?

The course will be delivered live online over 3 two-hour sessions in 3 consecutive weeks.

The curriculum includes 3 modules:

  1. Overview on challenges, myths, and mindsets
  2. KPI evaluation and design
  3. Behavioural change and measurement framework

At the end of each session, you will be assigned exercises to help you apply key ideas and principles.

Session 1: October 21, 1:30 – 3:30 pm (PST)

Session 2: October 28, 1:30 – 3:30 pm (PST)

Session 3: November 4, 1:30 – 3:30 pm (PST)

Each session will be delivered live online and it will be recorded. A link to the recording will be sent the next day. You can access it any time in case you happen to miss a session. The recording will be available till December 31, 2020.
